They are raising their two children, ages 10 and 11, to steward their farm’s animals (chickens, rabbits, goats, with plans for sheep, pigs, and cows), while teaching them to grow food and build meaningful businesses rooted in vision. This fall, they will welcome a new baby, a joyful addition that deepens their commitment to a life of love, resilience, and creativity. Heather’s farm life mirrors her professional mission: to nurture, cultivate, and create systems that honor the divine design of every individual.

Over the next 18 months, Heather envisions her role evolving to empower an expanding ILC team and to deliver transformative experiences with precision and heart. She is excited to collaborate with Rose, Natasha, and future team members, blending their gifts into a collective force for change in our world.
